Parking:Amora Jamison has 80 car spaces available at the
following rates for workshop registrants: $20 Early Bird (6:30am
– 9am), $29 Self Parking and $35 Valet parking, entrance
on Jamison Street.
Cancellations / Refunds
Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the workshop
after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate
a substitute delegate. In the case of a cancellation, delegates
must inform Jody Trostel of their inability to attend via
email:

1450. A refund of registration fee, less a cancellation fee
of $22.00 (incl. GST) can only be made if you cancel on or
before Wednesday the 22nd of November 2006. All refunds will
be issued after the workshop.
Receipts
A receipt will be posted or emailed to confirm your registration
within 14 days.
