Heidi is a clinical psychologist and director of Reconnect Health: Integrated Care, a private practice focusing on therapeutic interventions for Functional Neurological Disorder, chronic pain, complex trauma, and recovery from Domestic and Family Violence (DFV). She also supervises practitioners at various stages across their careers and contributes to learning and teaching at the Queensland University of Technology. Previously, Heidi was director of the psychology department in a private chronic pain-management group program, worked in an NGO focusing on long-term trauma-informed intervention for children and families, and has also worked in the public health and prison/justice contexts.
Heidi began with the Qld Branch Committee in 2016 and joined the Board in 2022 until 2024 as Qld Branch Chair.
