Mikaela Tracy is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the University of Technology Sydney's (UTS) Research Institute for Innovative Solutions for Well-being and Health (INSIGHT), a practicing Clinical Psychologist in the private sector, and an Adjunct Lecturer within The University of Notre Dame Australia’s School of Medicine. Formerly, she coordinated the translational research program at Uspace, St Vincent’s Private Hospital Sydney, with a focus on developing and researching mental health interventions and models of service delivery for young adults receiving inpatient psychiatric care. Her clinical and research expertise lies in the assessment and treatment personality disorders and related traits. Currently, her research focusses on the intersection between health services, mental health, and climate change.
Mikaela joined the Branch Committee in 2022.
