Course Overview
In this training workshop, Certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, (CBT), participants will develop a thorough theoretical understanding of cognitive behaviour therapy and the skills specific to this mode of therapy. Teaching approaches will include lectures, modelling and a strong emphasis on skills practice in small groups with supervision. This workshop in addition with further reading, a test and a fee of $50 (USD) enables you to qualify for level 1 certificate in REBT from the International Association of REBT. This workshop is the pre-requisite for the Advanced Certificate in CBT.

Who is eligible for the course?
This is a course suitable for the beginner and for those wishing to refresh their skills. A degree in a health, helping or teaching profession is required. (e.g. Psychologists, Nurses, SW, OT, counselling, Educators, Physicians, Speech therapists).
Provided that all requirements are met, the Certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy will be awarded at the conclusion of the course.
