Now a tradition of our annual conference, the 2017 wine dinner (on Saturday 28 October 2017) will feature sparkling wines, whites and reds from Australia and France. The wines have been carefully selected from the host’s cellar and will be presented in a blind tasting format.

Who will reign supreme? The upstart winemakers from Oz or the champions of the ‘old world’?

Join us for a wonderful night of fine food and mystery wines.

Your evening will include: canapés and a 3 course meal, plus of course the wines!

The start time is 6:30pm – the sparkling wine and canapés service starts at 6.30pm.

The Queens Park Shed is an easy 5 min drive north of the conference venue.

A/Professor Ross G. Menzies has been collecting, importing and consuming wines from around the globe for over three decades.  He has hosted wine dinners for the AACBT at each of our national conferences since 2013.
Previous dinners have focused on great vintages and regions including the wonderful 1998 Coonawarra Cabernets and the 2001 reds from the Margaret River.
His President’s Dinner at the 8th World Congress of Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies (WCBCT) featured a collection of Penfolds Grange and other Australian wines dating back to 1919.

With a special interest in comparing ‘old world’ and ‘new world’ wines, he promises that this year’s AACBT wine dinner will be the best yet!
