AACBT Masterclass: OCD? Not Me. Bring Technology to Your Treatment Room for Working With Youth OCD
- Rebecca Anderson
Want to find out more about how to use youth-friendly technology in your sessions without being a technical wiz?
OCD? Not Me! is a free, federally funded web-based treatment platform for young people with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and their families.
Treatment can be completed autonomously, but many families prefer to access the support of a therapist to complete the program.
This AACBT Masterclass is for any health professional working with people with OCD who is interested in adding new strategies to their suite of services.
Find out what you need to successfully integrate the use of OCD? Not Me! into your regular sessions with young clients with OCD.
You will learn:
- Hot off the press research findings from the OCD? Not Me! team
- Key cognitive-behavioural techniques for treating OCD
- How the online treatment program works and how you can use it
- A structured and easy to implement protocol to use therapist-assisted OCD? Not Me! in your own clinical practice
All participants will receive a manual outlining the therapist assisted treatment protocol.
