Membership is valid for 12 months from date of joining with a 12-month rolling subscription.

Membership of the AACBT is open to anybody with recognised tertiary qualifications in psychology, medicine, education, social work, occupational therapy, speech therapy, dentistry, nursing or other qualifications or areas of expertise where change of behaviour and/or cognition is relevant.

Membership is national and entitles access to member events and benefits across Australia.

FREE AACBT STUDENT MEMBERSHIP – yes, all free, all the time!

AACBT is offering free student membership to currently enrolled students. AACBT provides evidence-based knowledge, practice, research, and training of established and emerging evidence-based behavioural and cognitive therapies, including traditional cognitive and cognitive-behavioural therapies, applied behaviour analysis and other behavioural therapies, and mindfulness based behavioural and cognitive therapies.

This initiative is fostering the future of CBT in Australia by supporting current student members and engaging new student members of AACBT.

All student members will free student membership subscription.

Who can join?
Membership of the AACBT is open to anybody with recognised qualifications in a field relevant to change of behaviour and/or cognitions. These include but are not limited to psychology, medicine, education, social work, occupational therapy, speech therapy, dentistry and nursing.

Full time students of relevant fields are also welcome as associate members.

# AACBT Ltd members must renew their subscription within the renewal period (28 days) from the previous cycle, if not renewed subscriptions default to new.

*  Prices as at 1 September 2023.

** You must provide proof of your student enrolment status to receive the student member discount – you include your documentation as an upload. Your documentation is removed from the AACBT system after review and is not retained.
