A CBT guide to improving your mental health during COVID-19

This self-help guide was found to reduce anxiety and depression during the COVID-19 pandemic when compared to a wait-list control. The degree of change for those that used the guide was about 25% greater than those who did not receive help.

The project was funded by the State Government of Western Australia.
