We have *combined* the Early Career Research (ECR) and Early Career Clinician mentoring meetings!
The AACBT ECR sub-committee extends an invitation to Early Career Researchers (ECRs) and early career clinicians, who are attending this year’s AACBT conference to register to attend the ECRs Networking Meeting at the close of Day 1 (prior to the welcome function).
This is a networking event for PhD students, Post-Doctoral fellows, Honours students, clinicians and anyone who may be earlier in their career. The networking event will provide an opportunity for people to chat with senior clinicians and researchers who will share their knowledge and tips for success! There will also be the opportunity for networking with peers.
This event is **free** for delegates who are registered for the scientific program.

Cancellation policy
Physical delegate cancellation – Change of mind
Change of mind cancellations must be made in writing and sent to info@aacbt.org.au. We understand the impact COVID-19 may have on travel; therefore, no administration fees will be charged for cancellations made prior to Tuesday 31 August 2021.
Cancellation requests made between Wednesday 1 September 2021 and Thursday 30 September 2021 will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of $75. Any cancellations made after this date will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Delegate cancellation – Medical
The health and safety of conference attendees is our highest priority. AACBT is mindful of the health risks posed by COVID-19, and the importance of following official medical advice with respect to social distancing, practicing good hygiene and staying at home when unwell. AACBT requests that any delegate who is feeling unwell or has cold or flu like symptoms, or who may have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, not attend the conference.
If, on medical grounds, you are unable to attend the conference, you must cancel your attendance in writing by email to info@aacbt.org.au. A full refund will be provided however you may be asked to provide additional details.
Conference cancellation
AACBT is monitoring the latest health advice from both the Department of Health (Australia) and the Government of Western Australia, and we ask that all delegates do the same. If we are required to make any changes or cancellations to our conference due to Government restrictions in relation to COVID-19, delegates will be notified by email and will be provided a full refund of their registration fee.
